Dr. Kristian A. Ulloa and Dr. Mariano F. Arosemena both see patients at the Sarasota office. When hospital-based surgery is required, they operate at HCA Doctors Hospital in Sarasota — one of the region’s most respected surgical facilities. Complex open and endovascular cases are also performed at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center.
The Sarasota location offers particular expertise in advanced carotid interventions including fenestrated endovascular aortic repair (FEVAR), thoracic outlet syndrome decompression, and complex venous reconstruction. Spanish-speaking patients are fully accommodated — no interpreter required.

Our Sarasota office is on South East Avenue, near Sarasota Memorial, and draws patients from across Sarasota County and the barrier islands.
